We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member who can safely operate company vehicles and contribute alongside our crews in the field. This is not a driving-only position—the right person is willing to help move the day forward wherever needed.

What you’ll do

  • Safely operate company vehicles and transport crews, equipment and materials
  • Load, secure and unload tools, equipment, landscape materials and debris
  • Support lawn, landscape and exterior property projects in the field
  • Help maintain clean, organized vehicles, equipment and job sites
  • Communicate clearly with crew leaders and follow daily work plans

What we’re looking for

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving-record requirements
  • Dependable attendance and a safety-first approach
  • Comfortable working outdoors in Florida conditions
  • Able to perform physical field work and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Trailer, landscape, equipment or commercial driving experience is a plus

Irrigation Technician / Field Operator

We’re looking for someone with practical irrigation troubleshooting and repair experience who is also comfortable supporting our mowing and landscape crews. This is a blended field position rather than an irrigation-only role today, with an opportunity to take on more irrigation work as that part of the business grows.

What you’ll do

  • Troubleshoot, repair and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems
  • Inspect zones, valves, heads, controllers and related components
  • Clearly document findings, completed repairs and recommended follow-up work
  • Support mowing crews, landscape installations and other exterior property work as needed
  • Help maintain clean, organized vehicles, tools, equipment and job sites

What we’re looking for

Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-oriented professional to help generate new business and develop commercial, HOA and residential project opportunities throughout the Sarasota area. This is a flexible, commission-driven opportunity rather than a traditional office-based sales position. We are open to discussing part-time, independent or other performance-based arrangements with the right person.

This position will work closely with our Growth & Marketing Coordinator. Both roles contribute to prospecting, outreach and relationship development, with the Business Development Representative placing additional emphasis on local networking, property visits and advancing opportunities in the field.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and pursue new commercial, HOA and residential project opportunities
  • Build relationships with property managers, HOA representatives, commercial property owners and other local decision-makers
  • Conduct phone, email, networking and in-person outreach
  • Visit properties, discuss customer needs and identify potential improvements
  • Follow up on prospects and company-generated leads
  • Help move opportunities from the initial conversation through proposal and approval
  • Coordinate with our Growth & Marketing Coordinator on outreach, follow-up and lead ownership
  • Work with company leadership on project scope, pricing and execution

Who we’re looking for

  • Comfortable initiating conversations and developing long-term business relationships
  • Self-motivated, professional, responsive and able to work independently
  • Organized and willing to coordinate prospecting and follow-up activity with the broader team
  • Able to recognize customer needs and communicate practical solutions
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with the Sarasota-area business or property-management community is preferred
  • Landscape, property management, construction, home-services or related sales experience is helpful but not required
  • Existing relationships with property managers, HOAs or commercial property owners are a strong plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
